- Virtual Game Guide (2021) — The CQII Virtual Game Guide was designed to make over 25 games and exercises more broadly available to teach quality improvement more effectively in virtual learning settings.
- Partnering with Subcontractors to Improve HIV Care (2014) — Tool to help RWHAP recipients develop robust partnerships with recipients and their subcontractors in order to meet funding requirements for clinical quality management.
- Building Capacity of Statewide Quality Management Programs - NQC Guide for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part B Grantees (2008) — Ideas for overcoming barriers to developing sound clinical quality management programs (e.g., unfamiliarity with quality improvement concepts, lack of staff).
- NQC Action Planning Guide for Quality Improvement (2009) — Ideas on how to take a quality management plan and put it into action.
- Measuring Clinical Performance: A Guide for HIV Health Care Providers (2006) — Step-by-step process for measuring clinical performance with the goal of improving quality of care.
- The Game Guide: Interactive Exercises for Trainers to Teach Quality Improvement in HIV Care (2006) — Guide for facilitators to introduce interactive learning experiences during quality improvement trainings.
- Patient-Reported Outcomes and Experiences: Elevating Patients' Voices to Improve the Quality of HIV Treatment and Care (2023) – The findings and lessons learned from the PROMs and PREMs Pilot Project resulted in the development of this guide which can be used as an introduction to measuring patient-reported outcomes and experiences, as well as help to develop strategies for planning and implementing the collection of these data and then acting on them.
- Guide to Conducting a Virtual Quality Improvement Collaborative (2020) — The purpose of this Guide is to describe key steps in implementing a virtual learning collaborative focused on clinical ambulatory care settings and tips for coordinating a successful virtual community of practice.
- Cross-Part Quality Management Guide - Using Collaboratives across Ryan White Funding Streams to Improve HIV Care (2014) — Guide to help RWHAP agencies in a particular region/state collaborate on quality management efforts via a learning collaborative, which is an initiative in which teams of providers come together to study and apply quality improvement methodology to a focused topic area.
- Planning and Implementing a Successful Learning Collaborative: Guide to Build Capacity for Quality Improvement in HIV Care (2008) — Guide to help HIV providers to lead a learning collaborative designed to improve the quality of HIV care.
- Client Involvement in Quality Improvement Toolkit (2024) — The Client Involvement in Quality Improvement Toolkit (CIQIT) was developed to enhance client engagement in quality improvement efforts within Ryan White-funded agencies.
- A Guide to Patient Involvement in Quality Improvement: Building Meaningful Partnerships to Improve HIV Care (2024) — The goal of this Guide is to increase the impact of federally funded HIV providers to meaningfully involve people with HIV (i.e., patients) in quality management activities to improve HIV care outcomes, quality of life, and health care experiences.
- Making Sure Your HIV Care is the Best It Can Be: A Consumer Quality of Care Training Workshop (2006) — Facilitator guide to train consumers to understand performance data and empower them to partner with their health care providers.
- Making Sure HIV Patient Self-Management Works: A Training Workshop for HIV Care Providers (2008) — Curriculum with interactive exercises to train HIV providers to support patients as they advocate for their clinical care, enabling them to play a pivotal role in their care.
- A Guide to Consumer Involvement: Improving the Quality of Ambulatory HIV Programs (2006) — Guide on ways an organization can involve consumers in quality.
- Patient Satisfaction Survey for HIV Ambulatory Care (2002) — HIV-specific, validated tool to assess patient satisfaction with HIV primary care.
