Center for Quality Improvement & Innovation HRSA’s Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Center for Quality Improvement & Innovation (CQII) provides training and technical assistance (TA) to implement quality improvement (QI) principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques to RWHAP Parts A through D recipients.
CQII has a roster of expert QI consultants and provides face-to-face trainings, TA webinars, and other TA services. Clinical Quality Management (CQM) resources are available online.
CQII's program activities focus on three necessary components of a CQM program defined by Clinical Quality Management Policy Clarification Notice (PCN) #15-02. The HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) Clinical and Quality Branch provides training and TA on infrastructure and performance measurement. CQII assists RWHAP Parts A through D recipients – particularly those with little or no experience in QI - to implement QI methodologies and concepts with an emphasis on skills development and implementing sustainable QI activities.
