Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation

HRSA’s Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Center for Quality Improvement & Innovation (CQII) provides technical assistance (TA) on quality improvement (QI) to RWHAP recipients.

CQII has a roster of expert QI consultants and provides face-to-face trainings, TA webinars, and other TA services. Clinical Quality Management (CQM) resources are available online and include, for example, Quality Academy tutorials as well as various collaborative resources.

CQII's program activities focus on one of the three components of a robust quality management program defined by Policy Clarification Notice (PCN) #15-02: Clinical Quality Management. The HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) Clinical Quality Management Branch handles the other two components: infrastructure and performance measurement. CQII helps RWHAP agencies to implement impactful QI projects.

Think Big. Start Small. CQII Supports Your Improvement Efforts.
